HOW TO COOK?
Step 1 – Microwave for 30 seconds to remove any ice residue.
Step 2 – Preheat oil on high flame (180°C)
– Once oil is hot, immerse the frozen product in the hot oil and immediately reduce the heat to medium.
– Fry until the wrap becomes golden brown.
– Remove and drain excess oil.
– Serve hot.
Samosa Frying time:
From Frozen (-18°C) – 90 seconds
After thawing (0 to 4°C) – 70 seconds
Wrap: Wheat Flour (48%), Water, Coconut Oil and Salt.
Filling : Vegetables(77%)[Potato, Onion, Green Peas, Carrot], Filo Pastry, Sunflower Oil, Coriander Leaves, Salt, Garlic, Green Chilli, Ginger, Spices & Condiments and Flavour enhancer (INS 635).
